About this puzzle
A big yin yang fills the panel, half cool and green, half warm and burning. On one side a leafy spring tree leans toward a small blue wave. On the other, a red autumn tree leans toward a glowing copper moon. The whole scene feels like two seasons arguing gently inside one circle. The Yin Yang Seasons Wooden Puzzle brings that scene to your table for a calm, rewarding build.
About This Design
This square wooden puzzle shows the yin yang symbol painted as a meeting of seasons. The cool half holds a fresh green tree, a curling blue ocean wave, and a small pale moon. The warm half holds a fiery red and orange tree, a glowing copper sun, and drifting embers. The palette runs through deep teal, lime green, sky blue, copper, fire red, and warm gold. The composition centres the circular yin yang in the square panel and lets soft clouds curl around the outside of the circle. Look for the tiny pink wildflowers under the green tree, the curling ember leaves on the fire side, the small ocean wave pearl at the centre, and the dark cloud swirls along the upper corners. Every part of the circle has its own little weather. When you finish the puzzle, the seasons really do feel like they are dancing around each other.
Why People Love the Yin Yang Seasons Wooden Puzzle
Yoga teachers, balance seekers, and anyone drawn to nature-and-element symbolism love this one. The split palette works in a meditation room or a quiet office. The hidden whimsy pieces are themed to the scene: a tiny leaf, a small flame, a single ocean wave, and a curling cloud are tucked through the build. Hunting them down turns the puzzle into a slow little meditation. People who finish this one often hang it in a yoga corner or a tea room.
Premium Craftsmanship in Every Piece
The Yin Yang Seasons Wooden Puzzle is cut from 4mm basswood plywood, the same warm, light wood we use across our whole range. Basswood holds its shape over years and does not bend or fray the way cardboard does. Each piece is laser-cut, so the edges are crisp and the click between pieces is firm. The art is printed straight onto the wood with UV-cured inks, which means the cool greens and warm reds stay rich even in a sunny room. The puzzle ships in a sturdy gift box with a printed cover so it doubles as the storage between builds.

A Thoughtful Gift for Yoga And Balance Seekers
This wooden puzzle makes a great gift for the yoga teacher on your list, the friend who keeps a journal of intentions, or anyone setting up a new meditation corner. It suits a milestone birthday, a thank-you gift for a coach, or a new-year pick for someone starting fresh. It hangs beautifully above a yoga mat, in a meditation room, or beside a writing desk.
The Assembly Experience
The Yin Yang Seasons is rated Level 3. The strong S-shaped split between the green and red halves is the natural place to start, since the curve is so distinct. From there the two trees and the central sun and moon break into colour clusters that make for satisfying medium-difficulty work. The slow finish is the soft cloud swirls around the outside of the circle, where small tonal shifts ask you to look twice. Most builders finish the Small in one focused sitting, the Medium across a weekend or two, and the Large over several relaxed evenings. A full-colour reference poster ships in the box, which helps when the cloud and sky pieces start to look alike.
How to Display or Store It
When the last piece clicks in, slide a thin sheet of card under the panel and lift it as one square. A square frame in warm walnut or matte black suits the elemental palette best. It looks at home in a yoga room, a meditation nook, or above a desk where the two halves can feel like a daily reminder.
CRAFTED IN WOOD
Slow down. Piece by piece.
Every Opus Puzzles wooden puzzle is laser-cut from premium basswood. Irregular edges and whimsy pieces make it a richer challenge than cardboard, and four sizes let you pick a quick win or a slower evening's project. When you're finished, it's ready to display, not stashed back in the box.
